Send all key requests to helpdesk@hastings.edu.

Be sure to include the following information in your request:

1. Description of access request, including a description of what key(s) you need – be specific in terms of doors/areas! If a door number is available, include it.

2. Email address of your supervisor or manager who will approve the request. All access requests must have documented supervisor approval before keys or fobs will be updated. 

3. If this request is associated with an office move or change in space, please complete this form for administrative approval BEFORE submitting any key requests.
